Equity Release Lifetime Mortgages

Hey guys. I was on the internet this evening and I came across a site that ay b of interest to many of you.
equity release is a site that discusses lifetime mortgages. Do you think it is a good idea or not? Personally I do nt believe it is a good idea. When I retire and am in my later years, I want the comfort and security of having as few loans as possible. I plan tomake it my goal o have no oans. It may work for some of us, but I would b too uneasy with the idea of any loans. Everyone is different and varying opinions on this thought.
