Hey guys. I was on the internet this morning and I came across a site that I plan to pass on to my sister who is in the process of purchasing her first home.
Flat Fee MLS this site deals mainly with the seller of the homes, but I beleive it is a helpful site for the buyers too. The more information people read when selling a home the better, this site is a huge help.
The main purpose of this website is that it is a guide and directory for people that are interested in selling their homes FSBO while utilizing a new real estate service called Flat Fee MLS. I believe the whole process of selling a home can be a stressful process and this site can greatly assist the seller by informing them all they need to know to simplifiy it somewhat.
